Feeding Program
The Community Outreach Mentorship & Empowerment Foundation, also known as the COME Center currently hosts programs in literacy, sewing, senior citizens in action and a feeding program.
With the passing of Hurricane Irma on September 6, 2017 COME Center saw the need to embark on a feeding program to provide the community with donated foodstuffs, breakfast and lunch. They also provided clothing to those in need, which was donated by various institutions on the island.
COME Foundation’s target is to feed 60-70 persons daily from Monday through Friday. Any funds donated to Be The Change during the month of October will directly benefit those whom are still recovering from the effects of the Hurricane season 2017.
