Summer Camp 2019

The organization No Kidding With Our Kids was founded in 1996 and was designed initially to create a positive afterschool environment for children from lower income families. Since then it has evolved into something much greater. Currently, NKWOK caters to all children for whom they provide a safe and fun learning environment, striving towards creating future leaders.

Summertime should be fun but in the past No Kidding With Our Kids has observes that some children, due to many reasons, are not able to have an exiting and memorable summer.

Annually, the Foundation hosts a 2-week (10 day) summer camp where they offer youth the opportunity to have “the summer experience of a lifetime”. The camps incorporate fun educational activities that help build leadership and team working skills.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks and fun are always provided. Funds raised through Be The Change donations during the month of May will provide No Kidding With Our Kids with some extra support to put on this amazing 2019 summer camp event.

Together we need to ensure that that our children’s development is holistic and that they are able to enjoy recreational activities which have their own benefits for growth.
